Over the years, I’ve helped many businesses and organisations — often simply because I wanted to help. I’ve supported people to start new businesses, launch shops, improve struggling organisations and find practical solutions to difficult problems.

I realised I had built up a unique combination of business, HR, operational, safeguarding and organisational experience, so I decided it was time to turn that experience into a consultancy that businesses could access when they need practical support.

I’ve worked across a wide range of organisations, from small businesses, trades and retail to charities, policing, domestic abuse services and NHS safeguarding programmes. No two projects are the same, but my approach is always the same: look at what isn't working, find practical solutions, reduce unnecessary costs and help put processes in place that work.
